Long Dolomites day · Bolzano to Verona
Day 7 · Bolzano via Val Gardena to Verona or Lake Garda
From Hotel Raffl, the route climbs through Val Gardena to Selva, Passo Gardena, Corvara and Arabba before descending towards Trento and two booked nights at Crowne Plaza Verona Fiera.
The plan
Make Val Gardena the experience, not the overnight
Hotel Raffl adds roughly 40 km before Selva. Crowne Plaza Verona Fiera is booked for two nights, so the Dolomites loop now finishes directly at the hotel in Verona.
- 01
Leave Hotel Raffl early and follow the SS242 through Ortisei and Val Gardena to Selva.
- 02
Follow Corvara, Passo Campolongo, Arabba and Canazei without turning every stop into a long visit.
- 03
Use the main corridor through Trento to Crowne Plaza Verona Fiera and park for two nights. Check-in is available from 14:00.
ABRP recalculates the route and charging stops. Weather, speed, temperature and actual battery level can change the result.
Dates and guests are pre-filled: 2 adults and one 14-year-old child in 1 room. Parking is selected as a filter.
Worth seeing
Stops and experiences along the way
These are candidates, not a checklist. Energy, weather and traffic decide what actually fits the day.
Passo Gardena
One of the trip's signature roads, with views towards the Sella group. An early start matters because summer traffic can be heavy.
Val Gardena pass information ↗Corvara and Arabba
Short photo stops provide close views of the Sella massif without making the stage unrealistically long.
Alta Badia ↗Trento
A natural late-lunch or coffee stop before the final section to Verona or Lake Garda.
Visit Trentino ↗After the journey
