Day 4 · Berlin to Ingolstadt
The A9 provides a direct southbound day with several worthwhile detours. Ingolstadt and Audi Forum are the goal, not collecting every city stop.
The plan
Choose no more than one substantial stop
Leipzig, Bayreuth and Nuremberg sit along the corridor, but the day should not contain all three. Traffic and energy decide.
- 01
Leave Berlin early and follow the A9 south.
- 02
Choose one main stop or keep to short motorway breaks.
- 03
Reach Ingolstadt in time for dinner and prepare for the Audi visit next morning.
ABRP recalculates the route and charging stops. Weather, speed, temperature and actual battery level can change the result.
Dates and guests are pre-filled: 2 adults and one 14-year-old child in 1 room. Parking is selected as a filter.
Each stop is attached to the relevant day, but actual charging need, traffic and battery level decide. Confirm availability in myAudi before arrival.
Six charging points at up to 320 kW with a dedicated Audi lounge. The route passes Nuremberg, but the hub requires leaving the main corridor.
Worth seeing
Stops and experiences along the way
These are candidates, not a checklist. Energy, weather and traffic decide what actually fits the day.
Leipzig
The most natural early city stop. Enter the centre for a couple of hours, or stay close to the A9 for a short break.
Official visitor guide ↗Nuremberg
A possible late-lunch stop with a historic Old Town, but only if traffic and the Ingolstadt arrival time allow it.
Tourism Nuremberg ↗Audi Forum Ingolstadt
The evening is for settling in near Audi Forum, allowing day five to begin without extra logistics.
